Jesse has spent more than 20 years operating and growing businesses across multiple industries, ranging in size from $1 million to $100 million in annual revenue.
Jesse spent most of his career operating the businesses he grew. He took over sales, marketing, operations, finance, and hiring, and then improved the systems that constrained growth. Jesse increased revenue, improved margins, reduced waste, and built the systems each business needed to keep growing.
He has run businesses in retail, eCommerce, food service, multi-unit franchises, startups, law firms, and other service industries.
Jesse founded Stone & Lever to work directly with business owners who need senior operating help without adding another full-time executive. He brings an operator's perspective to the problems that stall growth and stays focused on what moves a business forward.
