Stone & Lever provides business consulting, operational leadership, and advisory services based on the facts and circumstances available during each engagement. Examples, case studies, testimonials, revenue figures, margin improvements, cost savings, and other results described on this website reflect specific past circumstances and do not promise or guarantee similar results for any client. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside Stone & Lever's control, including market conditions, competition, available capital, personnel, management decisions, client execution, and changes within the business. Each client remains responsible for its business decisions and implementation.
The 90-Day Performance Guarantee applies only to Stone & Lever engagements that include the guarantee in the signed client agreement. To remain eligible, the client must attend scheduled meetings, provide requested information and access, disclose information that could affect Stone & Lever's recommendations, and implement agreed recommendations when the business has a reasonable ability to do so. Stone & Lever and the client will identify the business outcomes or performance measures used to evaluate improvement at the start of the engagement. If Stone & Lever cannot produce measurable improvement within 90 days and cannot identify a reasonable alternative path forward, Stone & Lever will refund the professional service fees covered by the guarantee. The guarantee does not apply when the client misses or cancels meetings, withholds information, denies access, fails or refuses to implement agreed recommendations without a reasonable business constraint, acts against Stone & Lever's recommendations, or otherwise prevents the work from succeeding. Refunds do not include third-party expenses, advertising spend, software costs, travel, taxes, or any other amounts not paid to Stone & Lever as professional service fees.
